The Annual General Meeting of Haemochromatosis Australia will be held on Saturday 4 October 2025 at

• 2pm – Australian Easter Standard Time (Qld, NSW, Vic, Tas)
• 2.30pm Australian Central Standard Time (SA, NT)
• 12.00 Australian Western Standard Time (WA)

The AGM will be an online meeting using Microsoft Teams (similar to Zoom).

Members and guest welcome. Only current financial members may vote at the meeting.

The business of the meeting will include
– Annual Report by Acting/President Samuel Dawes
– Presentation of audited financial statements
– Appointment of auditor
– Election of Office bearers.

After the AGM, there will be an opportunity for members to meet the new committee and discuss any issues or questions they wish to raise.
