Under Australian consumer law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund of your purchase if the product purchased is faulty or is substantially different to the description on our website. We will happily comply with this requirement.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

- Your name and contact details eg email or phone number
- A description of the problem with the product
- The date of purchase
- Whether you would prefer a replacement or refund
After you have provided the above information, we may ask you to return the product to us before replacement or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your request after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If a replacement item is approved, we ship the item to you within seven days of approval.
We will waive any shipping costs od the replacement item is shipped within Australia.
If your product was shipped to an overseas address, we will not approve a replacement but will offer a refund instead.
If we request you return an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
