005. Eddie Evans – Orange Fin Anemone fish – Amphiprion Chrysopterus

Printed Photograph (single print run only), 40cm x 51cm framed.

The little Orange Fin Anemone fish is often mistakenly called the ‘Clown Fish’ – This little guy spied me sneaking up to take his photo in 2000 and gave me a big toothy grin just as I clicked the camera.  His home among the Anemone keeps him safe.  I’ve often looked at the anemone in this image and likened them to haemoglobin blood cells overloaded with CO2 on their journey back to the lungs to get a fresh load of oxygen.
